  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS:
In an enormous pot of bubbling water, cook ramen noodles until delicate, around 3-4 minutes; flush with cold water and channel well.
In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken stock, clam sauce, rice wine vinegar and Sriracha.
